With the consumption of the system (reservoir) pressure, 21 port and control pressure is also reduced, when the E chamber pressure is not enough to overcome the spring force, the diaphragm c down, and drive the piston m down, thus closing the valve d and open the piston know in the exhaust channel IC chamber of the compressed gas through the m in the exhaust channel l discharged into the atmosphere, at this time, the piston k in the spring force moves upward and thus close the valve i, 1 of the gas can not be The gas of 1 can no longer be discharged into the atmosphere through the ports i and 3 but enters 21 again to refill the system. The unloading pressure of the regulator can be changed by rotating the adjusting bolt a, to change the spring force b, to change the regulator.
2. Air dryer: At present, air dryer has been commonly used in commercial vehicles in China, which has the function of drying air and the function of regulator at the same time. The main role of air drying is to remove the moisture contained in the compressed air, effectively prevent the air pipeline and pneumatic components of corrosion and cold areas of air pipeline and pneumatic components of icing damage, can greatly improve the safety of driving.
