1、How to check whether the service life of the drying tank is overdue or whether the drying function is normal
Generally speaking, more than 60,000 kilometers or use more than one year should be replaced in time. Checking method:By pulling the drain valve underneath the cylinder, check whether there is water in the cylinder, if there has been water for a long time, it means that the drying tank may have failed, and it is recommended to replace the drying tank with a new one at this time. After the replacement, you still need to pay attention to: It is recommended to check whether there is water in the cylinder again after one week of normal driving. If there is no water accumulation, it means the drying function of the dryer is normal.
2、Check whether the function of electric heater is normal or not
2.1 First check whether the electric heater power supply is normal: with a multimeter voltage gear to test the electric heater power supply two-pin plug voltage, DC 22V-28V is normal.
2.2 If the ambient temperature is below zero, check whether the electric heater is normal. If not normal, should replace the electric heater assembly, the current should be 4A ± 0.5A.
